Access and saving records
You need an internet connection, a current browser that supports HTTPS, and an email account you can access. You should be able to view, save and print web pages and any document format a provider uses. Save or print the terms and notices for your records.
Contact details and withdrawal
Keep your email and other contact details accurate. You may contact us to update your information, request a copy of a notice we provided, or withdraw your consent to future electronic delivery. Withdrawal does not change the validity of communications already provided and may prevent completion of an online request. A provider may require its own electronic consent and give separate instructions for withdrawal or paper copies.
