You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We will review your request under the laws that apply to you.
Submit a request
For privacy requests or questions about your personal information, contact [email protected]. Include your name, the email or phone number used in your request, and a brief description of what you need. Do not send your Social Security number, full bank account number or password by email.
Use a subject such as “Privacy request” or “Do not sell or share my personal information” and describe the action you want us to take. An authorized agent should also provide evidence of permission to act for you. We may request limited additional information to verify a request.
Before and after submission
You can choose not to submit the loan request form. Routing a request requires sharing the information needed by a participating provider. A later privacy request cannot undo a transmission that has already occurred, although you may still have rights concerning retained information. Providers may need to keep certain records or handle a separate privacy request under their own policies.
